All exchanges must be returned with in 12 days

Terms:
AOG < 24 hours
Critical < 48 hours
Urgent < 20 days
Routine < 30 days

Changes and payment
Non-hardtime Items

A)Parts up to a value of USD 5,000
10% per month or pro-rata there of during agreed lease period
20% per month or pro-rata there of outside agreed lease period
B)Parts of value between USD 5,000 and USD 30,000
7.5% per month or pro-rata there of during agreed lease period
15% per month or pro-rata there of outside agreed lease period
C)Parts of value above USD 30,000
5% per month or pro-rata there of during agreed lease period
10% per month or pro-rata there of outside lease period
